ABOUT US
A team of seasoned individuals with varied academic and occupational background came together upon realising that it is time to give back, to the community, to the society, to the ones not as privileged as most of us are.
Focusing on five core pillars of action, we take on projects under education, nutrition, livelihood, care for the vulnerable and the elderly, and developmental solutions with a view on sustainability.
The intention is to create a stronger impact at the grassroots by maximising project efficiency. Make every rupee work harder. Make every resource work smarter. Make every member of the community more self-reliant.

Sudha Suri
TRUSTEE
Mrs Sudha Suri is qualified Educator (B.Sc. & B.Ed.) and Naturopath. She is a Healer & Reiki Master, having learnt & practiced many healing techniques including Reiki, Silva Mind Control, Bach Flower Remedies, Emotional Freedom Technique, Pranic Healing, Holographic Repatterning etc.
During her younger days Mrs Suri was involved with Social organizations like the Hunger Project, and has been a Teacher, Free-lancer and Healer professionally.
She now devotes her time to Art Therapy and engaging with the local community Children & Women of Sikanderpur village towards their betterment. She is a constant source of inspiration and guidance for many.
Preetika Suri
TRUSTEE
Preetika has a Masters in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and graduated with Economics Honours from Lady Shri Ram College.
She started her career with the Aditya Birla Group as a part of their Leadership Development Program and worked with the Group for 14 years in various business roles, across the Insurance business and the Fashion Apparel business.
During her Teach for India Fellowship 2012-14 she also worked in a Govt School, engaging with the children, teachers, parents and community towards improved educational environment and outcomes .
She now works dedicatedly in the development space.

Anupam Suri
MANAGING TRUSTEE
Mr Anupam Suri is an Mechanical Engineer by qualification having graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 1973.
During his corporate career Mr Suri has worked in esteemed engineering organizations including Tata Group Voltas, Eicher Tractors, Escorts, SRF Nippon Denso etc. Thereafter, he ran his businesses in Hi-design furniture & Interiors.
Mr Suri now lives in Gurgaon with his wife. Post retirement, they are engaged with the local community children of nearby Sikanderpur village through their evening centre & sessions. He has also been engaging with other CBOs to improve their impact. Mr Suri is highly regarded for his knowledge and wisdom, and is looked up by many for his advice.
Sanjit (Bunker) Roy
TRUSTEE
Mr Sanjit (Bunker) Roy is one of the most respected and well regarded Social Workers in India. He established the Social Work and Research Centre or ‘Barefoot College’ in 1972, to “helps rural communities becomes self-sufficient." Barefoot College today operates in 95 countries besides India, having impacted over a million people.
Mr Roy has won National and International recognition for his work – including the Padma Shri by Giani Zail Singh in 1986 & as one of Time 100's 100 most influential personalities in 2010. He was also appointed to the Planning Commission by the then Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi.
He continues be engaged with Barefoot College as an Advisor, and as a Mentor to aspiring social entrepreneurs & CBOs. Mr Roy is an inspiration for many people for his life’s work.
